Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is a form of CBT designed by Dr. Marsha Linehan to treat a broad range of complicated symptoms and concerns. DBT is structured therapy that focuses on teaching four core skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness) to help you live life to the fullest.
